What City Boiler is
City Boiler is a UK introduction service. It helps homeowners decide between a new boiler, a heat pump or a repair, then connects them with one independent local installer who quotes a fixed price in writing. City Boiler is not an installer and is not itself Gas Safe or MCS registered. The installers it works with are Gas Safe registered (gas boilers), MCS certified (heat pumps) or OFTEC registered (oil).
