What we stand for
- The right system, not the expensive one. We recommend a boiler or a heat pump based on the house, its insulation, your budget and the grants you can claim. Sometimes the honest answer is a cheaper new combi, and we will say so.
- A real price before anyone visits. Every page shows typical price ranges, dated so you know when they were checked. A combi swap typically costs £2,200 to £3,400 fitted and an air source heat pump £11,000 to £14,500 before any grant (checked October 2026). No “call for a quote” hiding the numbers.
- Certified installers only. Gas boilers are fitted by Gas Safe registered engineers, heat pumps by MCS-certified installers and oil boilers by OFTEC-registered technicians. We explain how to check each one yourself.
